STOKES COUNTY YOUTH RALLY
The local
Fellowship of Christian Students and area
churches are planning the 4th annual Stokes
County Youth Rally, November 2 at South
Stokes High School. Let us begin to
pray for a life changing event for the youth
of our county.
FAITH AND
FAMILY NIGHT
The next Faith & Family
night will be Wednesday, October 29,
beginning with a meal at 6:00 PM.
COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING SERVICE
The annual
Thanksgiving Service will be hosted by Fulp
Moravian Church and held on Tuesday,
November 25. As we gather to offer
thanks and worship together, Rev. Tim
Greene, preacher, singer, and songwriter
will be the guest singer and speaker.
Please make your plans to attend this annual
special service.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS
CHILD
Everyone is invited to participate
in the Operation Christmas Child missions
project. There is a goal o collecting
25 boxes and raising $250. See Denise
Pettus for details and information to
prepare a box for a boy or girl. ALL
BOXES need to be tuned in by Friday November
7. We will have a special prayer for
the impact of this ministry, Sunday,
November 9.
FAITH & FAMILY/CHILDREN'S CHURCH
We are offering Children's Church during
the AM Worship service on the 1st and 3rd
Sundays beginning at age 3. We will
also continue the Faith and Family Night on
the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month.

BIBLE STUDY AND DISCIPLESHIP
OPPORTUNITIES
There are multiple opportunities
to participate in a weekly Bible study. Each
Sunday morning at 10:00 AM, there is currently
one adult Bible study that meets in the Church
sanctuary. There is also a weekly Bible study
and prayer service on Wednesday morning each
week at 10:30 AM that meets in the church
sanctuary. There is an additional weekly
Bible study on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 PM.
This Bible study discipleship group meets in the
Fellowship building. Everyone is invited to
participate in any and all of these discipleship
opportunities.
IPHC MISSIONS
The Peniel Church family is currently supporting
five IPHC missionaries serving in various
countries around the globe. Will you consider a
monthly faith commitment to support one or more
missionaries. Any amount monthly will help these
men and women to fulfill their call as we join
together spreading the GOOD NEWS of Christ
around the globe. Consider one of the following:
Ernest & Cheryl Turner (Africa); Bill Schwartz
and family (Belgium); Sonya Schweighart
(Uganda); Hugh & Lois Hoyle (International
missionaries); Justin Long.
