"So if the Son sets you
free, you will be free indeed." John
8:36
Jesus alone can
free us from the slavery of the penalty and
power of sin. He frees us from the
penalty of sin by becoming the One who takes
the wrath for us. "Christ redeemed us
from the curse of the law by becoming a
curse for us: (Galatians 3:13). And he
frees us from the power of sin by changing
our nature at the root through the new
birth. And the essence of it is that
He gives us eyes to see that our Savior is
more to be desired than anything in the
world.
When our sins are forgiven,
and God's wrath is taken away, and we see
Jesus as a greater Treasure than all the
world, we are freed from both the penalty
and the power of sin. We are free
indeed. That's what Jesus offered and
offers today to whosoever will believe in
their heart and confess with their mouth
(Romans 10:9-10).

"But
those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their
strength;" Isaiah 40:31a
This verse
reminds us that when we put our hope and
trust in the Lord, He will renew our
strength. But in order to experience
this transformation, we must be willing to
wait on the Lord and trust in Him, even when
things seem uncertain or difficult. We
must learn to surrender our own plans and
desires to His will and purpose for our
lives.
As we learn to lean on Him in
this way, we will find that our strength is
renewed day by day. We will have the
courage to run with endurance and walk with
confidence, knowing that He is with us every
step of the way.
So let us take
comfort in the promise of Isaiah 40:31 and
trust in the Lord to guide us on our
journey. May we soar to new heights of
faith and be empowered to walk in vctory, no
matter what challenges we may face.

"I can do
all things through Christ who strengthens
me." Phil. 4:13
Life has a way of
throwing challenges at us when we least
expect it. Some days feel like an
uphill climb where every step is harder than
the last. In those moments, finding
strength can feel impossible. But
thankfully, our faith in Christ is our
anchor. The promises written in the
Bible remind us that we are not alone, even
in our darkest hours. There are
numerous Bible verses that offer
encouragement and serve as gentle reminders
of God's presense, that will lift you up
when your spirit feels heavy. When
everything else seems uncertain, God's word
remains steady and true. Read the
following passages:
Philippinas 4:13

Renewing Strength 2 Corinthians 12:9 -
When I Am Weak, He Is Strong

"But he
saith unto them, It is I; be not afraid."
John 6:20
Jesus had just
miraculously fed 5,000 people and then
withdrew to a mountain. The disciples,
following Jesus's instruction, went to the
sea and got into a boat to cross to the
other side. A storm arose, and they
were rowing against strong winds and waves.
Meanwhile, Jesus came to them walking on the
water in the middle of the storm. The
disciples were following Jesus's command
when they got into the boat, even though it
eventually led them into a storm.
Obedience to God may not always be easy, but
it can lead to unexpected blessings and
growth. When Jesus revealed Himself as
the one walking on the water, the disciples
were initially terrified, but when they
recognized Him, they were glad to receive
Him into the boat. It is
transformation when we recognize Jesus's
presence in our lives, even in the midst of
difficulties. Recognizing and
receiving Jesus will bring peace and joy.
Whatever storm you are in or may face, hear
Jesus say, "It is I, be not afraid" - and
let His presence give you peace and joy.
